If a new-account credit offer is active, the registration page shows its eligibility, amount, and terms. After registration, use your account credit history as the record. Do not expect a fixed grant when no offer is displayed; you can also top up as needed.

The platform currently has no self-service refund option for topped-up credits. If you see a duplicate charge or another payment issue, contact support with the order number; it will be handled according to the verification result. Applicable law takes precedence where it provides otherwise.

Are credits refunded when an AI generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Once a task is confirmed as failed, credits are returned to their original source. Membership credits that have already expired do not become spendable again, so a return record may not increase your available balance by the same amount. Check the source, expiry date, and transaction in your credit history. If the records do not match, contact us with the task ID.

How long are generated AI creations stored?

Creation records normally remain in your account until you delete them, close your account, or they must be handled as required by law. Media files such as images, videos, and audio are typically retained for 14 days, so download important work promptly.

Can I use templates from the template library directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Viewing a template, copying its prompt, and applying an available template do not require unlock credits. The actual generation still uses credits based on the selected model and current settings.

How do I change my password?

Accepted Answer

You can change your password in your account profile after signing in. If you have forgotten it, choose Forgot password on the password sign-in page, receive a verification code at your account email address, and set a new password. Contact us if you cannot access that email or receive the code.
