One-time credit packs and migrated legacy credits never expire. Membership credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of their corresponding monthly period.
Which payment methods are supported?
This page accepts card payments at the displayed USD prices. The Simplified Chinese page also supports WeChat Pay and Alipay for CNY purchases. Credits are added after payment is confirmed.
Can topped-up credits be refunded?
The platform currently has no self-service refund option for topped-up credits. For a duplicate charge or another payment issue, contact support with the order number; handling follows the verification result. Applicable law takes precedence where it provides otherwise.
Are credits refunded when an AI generation fails?
Yes. If an AI generation fails, the system automatically returns all credits used for that task to your account. You can review the return in your credit history.
Do all AI models cost the same number of credits?
No. Credit use can vary by model, mode, and output settings. Check the live estimate in the workbench before submitting and choose for the task at hand.
Where can I see current credit offers?
If an account or credit offer is available, the relevant page shows its terms and amount. Availability and details can change and are not a standing promise.
