These Terms of Service describe the rules and current service boundaries for using Kyeo AI. Please read them before using the service.

1. Service description

Kyeo AI is an online AI creation platform for image, video, audio, and chat tasks
The platform integrates multiple AI models; current capabilities, settings, and credit costs are shown on the relevant pages
Official templates are free to view, copy, and apply; generation still uses credits based on the selected model and settings
Model providers, features, and page content may change; refer to the platform for the currently available scope

2. Account rules

You must provide a username and email address in the required formats when registering
Keep your account credentials secure. If you notice unauthorized access or account misuse, change your password and contact support promptly
You must not sell, rent, or transfer an account, register accounts in bulk, or use accounts to bypass platform limits
If an account violates these terms or presents a security risk, the platform may restrict features, hide content, or disable the account

Credits cover the usage costs of AI generation, chat, and related services
Topped-up credits are non-refundable. For duplicate charges or other payment issues, contact support with the order number; payment anomalies are handled after verification
The platform currently does not support transferring or withdrawing credits, or exchanging them for cash
Official templates are free to view, copy, and apply; generation uses credits based on the selected model and settings
Credit prices and usage rules may change. Review the current amount shown before purchasing credits or starting a task

You must not use the platform to generate or publish illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
You must not infringe another person's image rights, privacy, reputation, or other lawful rights
You must not upload, generate, or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights
You must not use the platform for fraud, service abuse, bypassing security controls, or other illegal activity
The platform may hide or remove violating content and may restrict features or disable an account based on the severity of the violation. Suspected illegal activity will be handled under applicable law

Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated content depend on applicable law, the rights in the input materials, and relevant third-party service terms
You must ensure that uploaded materials and prompts do not infringe third-party rights and assess whether generated content is suitable for your intended use
Rights in official templates, website content, interfaces, and code belong to Kyeo AI or their respective rights holders
Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by the platform, you must not copy, modify, or distribute protected platform content

AI-generated results are uncertain. The platform does not guarantee that a result will be accurate, unique, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose
Network, server, model-provider, or payment-service issues may affect feature availability and processing times
Review generated content before publishing it, using it commercially, or relying on it for an important decision
A user is responsible under applicable law for consequences of violating these terms, infringing third-party rights, or using the service unlawfully
Liability for events outside the platform's reasonable control, including force majeure events, is determined under applicable law

You can request account deletion in account settings. After deletion, access cannot be restored and account data is deleted through the account-deletion process
Unused credits are non-refundable after account deletion. Review your account status and credit balance before submitting the request
The platform may restrict or terminate relevant services because of a terms violation, security risk, or operational need. Unused credits are non-refundable after service termination unless applicable law requires otherwise

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise
The parties may first try to resolve a dispute through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring a claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction
If part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply
