Compare your expected usage with the plans. Creator, Pro and Studio include 300, 1,000 and 2,500 credits per month respectively. Membership credits expire at the end of their monthly period. Annual plans also issue credits monthly, rather than releasing a year’s credits upfront. Permanent packs have no expiry date and can suit occasional use or extra capacity.

CNY memberships have a fixed term without automatic renewal. USD card subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle; cancel future renewal through subscription management. Before buying, check the currency, cycle, total charge and payment options. Failed tasks return credits to their original source, so expired membership credits do not become usable again. 1. Find a suitable item in the template library and check its prompt and model.
2. Copy the prompt or apply an available template to open the workspace.
3. Replace the example subject and assets with your own. Check model, mode, aspect ratio, duration and estimated credits before generating.

Browsing, copying and applying a template are free; generation costs credits. A template cannot guarantee a result or unlock unsupported controls. Use the prompt examples to adapt it to your task.

Find the task in My Creations, check its status and open the result. Media files are typically kept for 14 days; a creation record can outlast its downloadable file. Follow the expiry shown on the page, download important media promptly and open the saved file to check it.

Keep the prompt, model and settings too. A record remaining in the list does not guarantee that an expired file can be downloaded again. Avoid resubmitting pending tasks; use the troubleshooting guide when something looks wrong.

Choose an available tool under audio models. Suno music tasks create music; lyrics tasks return text. ElevenLabs speech models turn text into speech, while dialogue models let you assign voices to speakers. Check the chosen model’s inputs and credit rules first.

For music, describe genre, instruments, mood and whether you want vocals. For speech, start with a short passage and choose a voice. For dialogue, assign each passage to a speaker. Listen for pronunciation, pauses, speaker changes and a complete ending before submitting longer material. Lyrics are not an audio recording, and voice cloning or audio uploads are not universal features.

Choose an available chat model and start a conversation in the workspace. Give the task, context and output format: “Turn the product description below into three selling points, no more than 12 words each. Do not add features absent from the source.” Then paste the material.

Use image uploads, web access or reasoning controls only when the selected model offers them. Follow-up messages can include conversation history in their usage, so do not assume a fixed price per message. Check model pricing and your credit history. Start a new conversation for a different topic, and verify important facts and citations.

Find Recraft Remove Background, Recraft Crisp Upscale or Topaz Image Upscale under image models. Check availability, upload a clear image with the whole subject visible, and choose a scale if the tool offers one. Review the estimated credits before submitting.

After background removal, inspect hair, transparency and product edges. After upscaling, inspect text and texture. Enlarging an image does not fix an incorrect label or distorted subject. If you need to change the scene first, follow the product image workflow, approve the edit, then remove the background or upscale. Each tool runs as a separate paid task.
